248 Parties must inform Juries Commissioner of certain events If a party to a criminal proceeding listed for trial before a jury becomes aware of any event that affects— (a) whether or not a jury will be required for the trial; or (b) when a jury will be required for the trial; or (c) the dates on which persons will be required to attend for jury service— the party must inform the Juries Commissioner as soon as practicable after the party becomes aware of the event.
