206D Court to be constituted by the same judge who made pre-trial determination Despite section 203, as far as practicable, in the trial of a person who is accused of committing an offence at 12 or 13 years of age, the court is to be constituted by the same judge who constitutes the court in the pre-trial hearing of the issue of whether the presumption against criminal responsibility is rebutted.
