127F Committal mention hearings in early committal The Magistrates' Court may hold more than one committal mention hearing before committing an accused for trial under this Part if the court is satisfied that it is in the interests of justice to do so. If a committal mention hearing is to be held, a committal case conference must be held at that hearing—see section 127(2). Part 4.7—Committal hearing
