113 Rules with respect to recordings

(1) A transcript of an audio or audiovisual recording of an examination under section 106 or of the evidence-in-chief of a witness under Division 5 of Part 8.2 or of an examination under Part 4 of the **Major Crime (Investigative Powers) Act 2004** must be accompanied by an affidavit sworn or affirmed by the person who asked the questions, or made the recording, attesting to the accuracy of the recording.
(2) A person who acknowledges the contents of a recording referred to in subsection (1) that the person knows at the time to be false may be dealt with as if the contents of the recording had been evidence given in court.
