91 Judge may set aside requirements for statements
> > (1) In any committal proceedings, the Judge may dispense with all or any of the following requirements relating to statements or exhibits—
> >
> > > (a) service of documents on the accused person,
> >
> > > (b) provision to the accused person of a reasonable opportunity to inspect proposed exhibits,
> >
> > > (c) specification of the age of the person who made a statement,
> >
> > > (d) any requirement specified by the regulations under this Division or Part 3A of Chapter 6, if the regulations do not prohibit the Judge from dispensing with the requirement.
