61 Requirement to disclose evidence
> > (1) The prosecutor must, after the commencement of committal proceedings and on or before any day specified by order by the Judge for that purpose, serve or cause to be served on the accused person a brief of evidence relating to each offence the subject of the proceedings.

> > (2) This Division is subject to, and does not affect the operation of, section 15A of the [Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1986](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1986-207) or any other law or obligation relating to the provision of material to an accused person by a prosecutor.
