#### 306ZA Application of Division 306ZA Application of Division > This Division applies to the following proceedings— > > > (a) a proceeding in which it is alleged that a person has committed a personal assault offence, > > > (b) a proceeding in relation to an application for an apprehended violence order, or a variation or revocation of such an order, > > > (c) a civil proceeding arising from the commission of a personal assault offence, > > > (d) a proceeding before the Civil and Administrative Tribunal in respect of the hearing of a matter arising from the commission of a personal assault offence that is the subject of an application to it under the [Victims Rights and Support Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-037), > > > (e) a proceeding in relation to an application for a child protection prohibition order or to vary or revoke any such order or a proceeding in relation to a contravention of any such order. > > **s 306ZA:** Ins 2007 No 6, Sch 1 \[13\].
