#### 305A Subpoenas for production of counselling communications 305A Subpoenas for production of counselling communications > The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the issue and service of subpoenas requiring the production of a document recording a counselling communication (within the meaning of section 296) in, or in connection with, any criminal proceedings or preliminary criminal proceedings, including the following— > > > (a) the manner and time in which a subpoena must be served, > > > (b) the form of a subpoena, > > > (c) any documents or information that must be included with a subpoena. > > **s 305A:** Ins 2010 No 135, Sch 12.1 \[8\].
