> If, by virtue of this Chapter, the Local Court has jurisdiction to deal with a charge arising under Part 4AD of the [Crimes Act 1900](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1900-040), the Local Court may hear the charge irrespective of whether, in order to determine the charge, it is necessary to determine title to any property.
