This Division applies to proceedings before—
(a) the Supreme Court in its summary jurisdiction, or
(b) the Land and Environment Court in its summary jurisdiction, or
(c) the Industrial Relations Commission in Court Session in matters brought under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, section 229B(1)(b) or (3A).
