sec.11 Allowance payable to particular prosecution witnesses attending court before commencement
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a prosecution witness— was entitled to be paid a relevant allowance under the expired regulation, section 5; but the relevant allowance had not been paid. Part 3 of this regulation applies in relation to the prosecution witness for the attendance.
