### 20 Same jury to determine all issues > Unless a judge otherwise orders, the same jury may be empanelled for the purposes of – > > > > (a) an investigation under [section 12](#GS12@EN) as to whether or not a defendant is fit to stand trial; and > > > > > (b) a special hearing under [section 15](#GS15@EN) as to whether the defendant is not guilty of an offence with which he or she is charged; and > > > > > (c) the trial for the offence with which the defendant is charged.
