722 Failing to answer question or give information (a) the person is required by law to answer a question or give information in a legal proceeding; and (b) the person fails to answer the question or give the information when required. Note The Legislation Act, s 170 and s 171 deal with the application of the privilege against self-incrimination and client legal privilege.
