720 Failing to produce document or other thing (i) is served with a subpoena to produce a document or other thing in a legal proceeding; or

Summary offences for ch 7 Part 7.3 (ii) is otherwise required by law to produce a document or other thing in a legal proceeding; and (b) the person fails to produce the document or other thing as required by the subpoena or other requirement. Note The Legislation Act, s 170 and s 171 deal with the application of the privilege against self-incrimination and client legal privilege.
