708 Deceiving witness, interpreter, intermediary or juror A person commits an offence if the person deceives someone else with the intention that the other person or a third person will— (a) not attend as a witness, interpreter, intermediary or juror in a (b) give false or misleading evidence in a legal proceeding; or (c) withhold true evidence in a legal proceeding.
