5 Codification (1) The only offences against territory laws are the offences created under this Act or any other Act. Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation (see Legislation Act, s 104). (2) This section does not apply until the application date. (3) Subsection (2) and this subsection expire on the application date.
