410 Claim of right—pt 4.1 offences (1) A person is not criminally responsible for an offence against this part if, when engaging in the conduct required for the offence, the person believed that the person had a right or interest in the property concerned that entitled the person to engage in the conduct.
Defences—pt 4.1 Division 4.1.3 right or interest in property includes a right or privilege in or over land or waters, whether created by grant, licence or otherwise.
