403 Damaging property (a) causes damage to property belonging to someone else; and (b) intends to cause, or is reckless about causing, damage to that property or any other property belonging to someone else.
Offences—pt 4.1 Division 4.1.2 (2) A conviction for an offence against this section is an alternative (a) an offence against section 416 (Unauthorised modification of data to cause impairment); or (b) an offence against section 417 (Unauthorised impairment of electronic communication).
