11Controlled drugs

#### 11 Controlled drugs Each item of the table in clause 1 of Schedule 1 lists: (a) for the purposes of paragraph 301.1(1)(a) of the Code, a substance that is a controlled drug; and (b) for the purposes of paragraph (a) of item 1 of the table in section 301.10 of the Code, the quantity that is the commercial quantity of the controlled drug; and (c) for the purposes of paragraph (a) of item 1 of the table in section 301.11 of the Code, the quantity (if any) that is the marketable quantity of the controlled drug; and (d) for the purposes of paragraph (a) of item 1 of the table in section 301.12 of the Code, the quantity that is the trafficable quantity of the controlled drug.
