#### 4 Preventative detention orders—corresponding State preventative detention law (1) For the definition of corresponding State preventative detention law in subsection 100.1(1) of the Code, a law of a State or Territory that is set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1 is declared to correspond to Division 105 of the Code. (2) For the definition of corresponding State preventative detention law in subsection 100.1(1) of the Code, particular provisions of a law of a State or Territory that are set out in Part 2 of Schedule 1 are declared to correspond to Division 105 of the Code.
