sec.21 Immunity of animal valuer
An animal valuer, in the performance of the valuer’s relevant functions, has the same protection and immunity as a Supreme Court judge has in the performance of a judge’s functions. In this section— relevant functions , of an animal valuer— means the functions of the valuer mentioned in section 11 (1) (b) to (d) ; and does not include an act or omission of the valuer that is incidental to the carrying out of a function mentioned in paragraph (a) . (sec.21-ssec.1) An animal valuer, in the performance of the valuer’s relevant functions, has the same protection and immunity as a Supreme Court judge has in the performance of a judge’s functions. (sec.21-ssec.2) In this section— relevant functions , of an animal valuer— means the functions of the valuer mentioned in section 11 (1) (b) to (d) ; and does not include an act or omission of the valuer that is incidental to the carrying out of a function mentioned in paragraph (a) .
