73 Punishment of piracy Any person who commits an act of piracy is guilty of an offence and is liable to imprisonment for 20 years; and a person who has committed an act of piracy out of the Territory and who comes into the Territory is, by so coming into the Territory, guilty of an offence and is liable to imprisonment for 20 years.
