55 Contribution towards acts of terrorism (1) Any person who obtains for himself or another or supplies anything with the intention that it be used, or knowing that it is intended to be used, for or in connection with the preparation or commission of an act of terrorism is guilty of a crime and is liable to imprisonment for 10 years. (2) Any court by or before which a person is found guilty of a crime defined by this section may order the forfeiture to the Crown of any property that, at the time of the crime: (a) he had in his possession or under his control; and Division 3 Offences against the Executive and Legislative power Criminal Code Act 1983 87 (b) he intended should be used for or in connection with the preparation or commission of an act of terrorism.
