53 Display of support for unlawful organization Any person who, knowing an organization to be an unlawful organization, in a public place, or in any other place with the intention that it can be seen by persons in a public place: (a) wears an item of dress; or (b) wears, carries or displays a sign or article, in such a way or in such circumstances that it can reasonably be inferred he is a member or supporter of an unlawful organization, is guilty of an offence and is liable to imprisonment for 6 months.
