48 Acts done in good faith A person shall not be guilty of a crime defined by section 45 or 46: (a) for endeavouring in good faith to show that the Administrator is, or his advisors are, mistaken in any of his or their counsels, policies or actions; (b) for pointing out in good faith errors or defects in the government, the legislation or the administration of justice of or in the Territory with a view to the reformation of those errors or defects; (c) for exciting in good faith another person to attempt to procure by lawful means the alteration of any matter established by law in the Territory; Criminal Code Act 1983 84 (d) for pointing out in good faith, in order to bring about its removal, a matter that is producing, or has a tendency to produce, feelings of ill-will or hostility between different classes of persons; or (e) for doing anything in good faith in connection with an industrial dispute or an industrial matter.
