44 Definitions seditious enterprise means an enterprise undertaken in order to carry out a seditious intention. seditious intention means an intention: (a) to excite disaffection against the government or the Legislative Assembly or the administration of justice of or in the Territory; (b) to excite any person to attempt to procure the alteration, otherwise than by lawful means, of any matter in the Territory established by a law in force in the Territory; or Criminal Code Act 1983 83 (c) to promote feelings of ill-will and hostility between different classes of persons so as to endanger the peace, order or good government of the Territory. seditious words means words expressing a seditious intention.
