410 Right of appeal A person found guilty on indictment, or a person found guilty of a summary offence under section 389, may appeal to the Court: (a) against the finding of guilt or any special finding on any ground that involves a question of law alone; (b) with the leave of the Court, or upon the certificate of the Judge of the court of trial that it is a fit case for appeal, against the finding of guilt or any special finding on any ground of appeal that involves a question of fact alone or question of mixed law and fact, or any other ground that appears to the Court to be a sufficient ground of appeal; and (c) with the leave of the Court against the sentence passed on the finding of guilt.
