380 Failure to make admission may, in certain circumstances, be taken into account when passing sentence If a person found guilty at his trial refused to make an admission requested in writing by the Crown of such a nature that, in the opinion of the court, the making of it could not have prejudiced him in his defence, the court may take such refusal into account when passing sentence.
