352 Accused person to be informed of his right of challenge When an accused person has demanded to be tried by a jury the proper officer of the court is to inform him in open court that the persons whose names are to be called are the jurors to be empanelled for his trial and is further to inform him that if he desires to challenge any of them he must do so before they take the oath as jurors.
