324 Charge of counselling or procuring commission of an offence Upon an indictment charging a person with counselling or procuring the commission of an offence he may be found guilty alternatively of counselling or procuring the commission of any other offence of such a nature that a person may be found guilty of it upon an indictment charging him with committing the offence of which the accused person is alleged to have counselled or procured the commission.
