237H Facilitating conduct that corrupts wagering outcome of event or contingency (a) offers to engage in conduct that corrupts a wagering outcome of an event or contingency; and (2) A person commits an offence if the person: (a) encourages another person to engage in conduct that corrupts a wagering outcome of an event or contingency; and (3) A person commits an offence if the person: (a) enters into an agreement about conduct that corrupts a wagering outcome of an event or contingency; and
