236F Meaning of obtain (1) In this Division, obtain includes: (a) obtain for another person; and (b) induce a third person to do something that results in another person obtaining; or (2) A person (person A) is taken to obtain a benefit for another person (person B) if person A induces a third person to do something that results in person B obtaining the benefit.
