231 Money laundering with recklessness and (b) the money or other property: (i) is the proceeds of crime; or (ii) is being used or is intended to be used in the commission of, or to facilitate the commission of, an indictable offence; and (c) the person is reckless in relation to that circumstance. Criminal Code Act 1983 231 subsection (1) if the defendant engaged in the conduct mentioned in subsection (1)(a) in order to assist the enforcement of a law of the Territory, the Commonwealth, a State or another Territory.
