208N Sexual involvement with animal A person commits an offence if the person is intentionally sexually involved with an animal. 208NA Public masturbation (a) the person intentionally masturbates; and (b) the conduct occurs in public or in a place that is visible to the public. (2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(b).
