153 Effect of breach of duty A person who omits to perform any duty imposed upon him by this Division is held to have caused any consequences to the life or health of any person to whom he owes the duty by reason of such omission, but whether or not he is criminally responsible therefor is to be determined by the other provisions of this Code.
