151 Duty of person in charge of things applied to a dangerous purpose It is the duty of every person who manages, uses or has in his possession anything that when so managed, used or had in possession may, in the absence of reasonable care and reasonable precautions, endanger the life, safety or health of another to use reasonable care and take reasonable precautions to avoid such danger.
