150 Duty of person engaging in dangerous conduct It is the duty of every person who, except in the case of necessity, undertakes to administer medical treatment to another or to engage in any other conduct that is or may be dangerous to health and that requires special knowledge, skill, attention or caution to have the requisite knowledge or skill and to employ such knowledge, skill, attention and caution as is reasonable in the circumstances.
