125F Court proceedings (1) This section applies to proceedings for: (a) an offence against section 125B(1), 125D or 125DA(1); or (b) an offence against section 125C involving an article that is indecent by virtue of paragraph (b)(vi) of the definition of indecent article. (2) For proceedings specified in subsection (1), the Court must be closed while the material that is the subject of the offence is on display.
