12 Abettors and accessories before the fact (1) When an offence is committed, the following persons also are deemed to have taken part in committing the offence and may be charged with actually committing it: (a) every person who aids another in committing the offence; (b) every person who does or omits to do any act for the purpose of enabling or aiding another to commit the offence; and (c) every person who counsels or procures another to commit the (2) A person who counsels or procures another to commit an offence may be charged with committing the offence or counselling or procuring its commission.
