114 Harbouring escaped prisoners Any person who harbours, maintains or employs a person who is, to his knowledge, an offender under sentence by any court of the Territory, the Commonwealth or a State or another Territory of the Commonwealth involving deprivation of liberty and unlawfully at large, is guilty of an offence and is liable to imprisonment for 2 years.
