434 Procedure generally upon forfeited recognizance
*[Section 434 Inserted by 25 Geo. V No. 43, s. 3 ]*Where no mode for enforcing the condition of any recognizance is provided in any Act, all such proceedings shall be had and taken in the manner hereinbefore directed for enforcing the condition of any recognizance to keep the peace or be of good behaviour.
