*[Section 333 Amended by 25 Geo. V No. 43, s. 3 ]*Upon an indictment for murder the accused person may be convicted of –
(a) manslaughter;
(b) concealment of birth;
(c) causing the death of a child before birth; or
(d) infanticide.
