Tasmania regulation
These Rules of Court set the formal short title, state that the amendment takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette, and identify the Criminal (Case Management) Rules 2001 as the Principal Rules. They are executed by the court bench and countersigned by the Registrar and are administered by the Department of Justice and Industrial Relations. The instrument mostly clarifies citation and commencement for those subject to the criminal case management rules (court staff, practitioners and accused persons).
