61 Restriction on functions
> > (1) A proceeds assessment order or unexplained wealth order under this Act and a drug proceeds order under the [Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime Act 1989](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1989-090) may not both be made in relation to the same serious crime related activity.
>
> > (2) A restraining order cannot be made under this Act and under the [Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime Act 1989](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1989-090) so as to be in force in respect of the same interest in property at the same time.
>
> > (2A) An application for a forfeiture order under the [Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime Act 1989](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1989-090), section 34A(1) must not be made in relation to an interest in property that is, or has been, the subject of a restraining order under this Act.
>
> > (3) Except as provided by this section, this Act does not affect the exercise of a function under another Act and another Act does not affect the exercise of a function under this Act.
