#### 58 Effect of death of person involved 58 Effect of death of person involved > > (1) Any notice authorised or required to be given to a person under this Act is, if the person is dead, sufficiently given if given to the person’s legal personal representative. > > > (2) A reference in this Act to an interest in property of a person is, in the case of a person who is dead, a reference to an interest in the property that the person had immediately before death. > > > (3) An order can be applied for and made under this Act— > > > > > (a) in respect of a person’s interest in property even if the person is dead, and > > > > > (b) on the basis of the activities of a person who is dead.
