#### 52F Cancellation of registration 52F Cancellation of registration > > (1) The registration of an interstate assets forfeiture order, interstate crime related property declaration or interstate restraining order may be cancelled by the Supreme Court if— > > > > > (a) the registration was improperly obtained, or > > > > > (b) the order or declaration ceases to be in force under the law of the Commonwealth, another State or a Territory under which the order or declaration was made. > > > (2) An application for cancellation of the registration may be made by the person on whose application the order or declaration was made, by an authorised officer or by a person affected by the order or declaration. > > **ss 52C–52F:** Ins 2005 No 32, Sch 1 \[47\].
