32B Definitions

In this Part—

date, of a relevant notice or order, means the date on which the notice or order was made, issued or given.

relevant notice or order means the following—

(a) a restraining order, including the following relating to a restraining order—

(i) an ancillary order under section 12,

(ii) an order for the sale of an interest in property under section 14,

(b) an assets forfeiture notice,

(c) an assets forfeiture order,

(d) a notice given in accordance with section 21D(4).
