Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Criminal Rules 2006 and take effect when Part 1.2 of the Legal Profession Act 2007 commences (rules 2–3). They do not publish the amendment text here; instead they record that the changes have been incorporated into the authorised Criminal Rules 2006 (rules 4–9). The result is an update to the operative criminal procedure rules for courts, lawyers and defendants implemented by incorporation rather than by reproducing the amendments in this instrument.
