Tasmania regulation
This instrument updates the Criminal Rules 2006 by formally incorporating amendments into the authorised text. It takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette (rule 2) and identifies the Criminal Rules 2006 as the Principal Rules (rule 3).
It affects courts, judicial officers, registrars, legal practitioners and parties in criminal proceedings, who must follow the revised procedural rules; the Department of Justice administers the Rules.
