Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Criminal Rules 2006, takes effect 1 February 2008, and formally incorporates those amendments into the authorised version of the Principal Rules (rules 4–6). It also rescinds the earlier Criminal (Case Management) Rules 2001 (Schedule 1, rule 7). The changes are procedural and affect courts, legal practitioners and parties who operate under the Criminal Rules; the Rules of Court are administered by the Department of Justice (signature block and administration note).
